We are all beautiful beings of light and love and need to be connected to Mother Earth and I believe that through crystal healing these connections can be re-established on many different levels, clearing any blockages, enabling you to move forward and embrace the person you are meant to be.
Wherever you are in life at this point in time there is always a positive lesson to be learnt. It is sometimes through pain that we grow and learn the most valuable lessons. That is if you want to acknowledge and grow from it or choose to ignore it which is why we have free will?

Crystal and Sound Healing
Crystal healing is an ancient healing system used by the Chinese, Aztec and Mayan civilisations whom all believed in the healing powers of crystals and used crystals for healing purposes such as to cure sickness, aid vitality, fertility and give them good luck, health and wealth.
Sarah Jane’s crystal therapy is a gentle, non-invasive form of complementary healing that works holistically to harmonise the mind, body, emotions and soul through the precise placement of crystals on or around the body. Sarah Jane may also use a crystal or Tibetan bell/ bowl or Koshi chimes. Every crystal has its own unique healing vibration which interacts where needed to remove ‘blockages’ and restore a healthy flow of energy through the mind, body and spirit.

Angelic Reiki® is an excellent method of healing and addresses all areas physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
Angelic Reiki® targets the root causes of issues, including past lives, and therefore effectively remove the symptoms. Angelic Reiki® brings a new paradigm in the understanding of our journey to deeper healing.
Description of Treatment
Each treatment lasts 50 mins approx. At your first appointment you will have a consultation and be required to fill out a confidential patient information form.
You will then get comfortable on the healing couch with a blanket covering you. You will not be required to remove any clothing apart from your shoes, jewellery or belt buckles.
Then just simply relax and allow the healing to take place.

Ground, Protect and Reconnect
Are you highly sensitive to other people’s energy, often feel that your energy has been drained or get overwhelmed at things that are not directly affecting you? Are you a healer/ light worker dealing with and clearing other people’s energies? Then this workshop is for you. In my one-day Crystal Workshop I will teach you techniques on how to ground and protect yourself using crystals, which is so important for EVERY ONE to do on a daily basis.
Angelic Reiki® 1 & 2, 3 & 4, Professional Practitioner and Master Teacher Workshops
The purpose of this series of Angelic Reiki Workshops to enable you to gain certification on the complete system of healing used through the Angels and the Reiki symbols. You are given practical ‘hands on’ experience in this healing methodology involving healing as a channel, healing with intention, healing with a Master and Galactic Healers and multi-dimensional healing. The workshop also includes how to attune spiritual tools such as crystals and essences. Plus you will receive Angelic Reiki manuals and a certification for each workshop taken.

I studied at the Valerie Pitts School of Crystal Healing for two years achieving a Diploma in Crystal Healing,
I have loved and been fascinated by crystals since I was a little girl when I found my first amethyst in my grandma’s garden, and I have always wanted to help others, so a few years ago I embarked on my journey to become a crystal healer as it combines the two things I am passionate about. I am also an Angelic Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner.
