Almonds in Milk
Soak some almonds overnight in some water, which will make them softer and make it easier to peel the skin off. Then blend up the almonds and place them in a cup of warm milk. You should add in some nutmeg and some ginger to the milk as well, which will make you relax.
A Ginger Bathtime
Add 1/3 cup baking soda to a warm bath, along with 1/3 cup ginger, will help relieve tension.
