Irena is a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, she is a BACP Accredited Member and caters for short term and long term counselling and psychotherapy for individuals and couples.

Do you feel anxious or depressed and do not know why?
For the past 8 years, Irena has been a practising psychotherapeutic counsellor. She is committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment. Irena is interested in working with clients from all backgrounds.
How much does each 50 minute session cost?
• Individual (face-to-face) counselling – £55 (before 6pm) & £60 (evenings or Saturday) – Duration: 50 mins
• Couples counselling (face-to-face) – £70 (before 6pm) & £75 (evenings or Saturday) – Duration: 50-60 mins.
