Since 2003 Lucinda has worked with young adults with learning difficulties and disabilities (LDD), high functioning autistic spectrum disorder (HF ASD) including mental health issues in education centres. In 2019 she further specialised in art therapy with a placement in the NHS working with children with ASD. Lucinda has also worked with adults at the Mind Charity.
Description of treatment
Lucinda works in integrative ways in therapy sessions for instance using the Psychodynamic approach or by Person Centred. She may incorporate various techniques to meet the needs of each client. Difficulties in anxiety and relationships can be explored and more. We all experience emotions which we need support with by expressing feelings and share with someone so we do not feel alone. Lucinda currently offers art therapy sessions in London and runs her own private practice.
