What is Rolfing/Structural Integration?
Rolfing is a series (usually around 10) of deep massage treatments, a form of hands-on manipulation and movement education which aim to re-establish the natural alignment and structural integration of the body. The therapist works on the connective tissue (fascia) to release, realign and balance the whole body.
