About our Therapist
Azma is a BASRaT registered practitioner, Graduate Sport Rehabilitator with a PGdip in Sport Rehabilitation from St Mary’s University and a MSc in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health from UCL (University College London).
With 10 years of experience in the fitness and rehabilitation industry, Azma specialises in musculoskeletal therapy and remedial exercise prescription. Azma has worked as a remedial exercise instructor in the NHS hospital and Military setting. Azma has an extensive range of experience in personal training, group exercise classes and pitchside trauma.
