More about Life Coaching
The coaching process addresses specific personal projects, business successes, general conditions and transitions in the client’s personal life, relationships or profession by examining what is going on right now, discovering what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to make your life be what you want it to be. Life coaches also concentrate on the client’s beliefs, philosophies, self-image and they work on improving their confidence, self-worth and mental health. Some life coaches specialise into a single area, some into few areas and some cover everything.
Life Coaching can assist in the following:
– Lack of direction and not knowing what to do in life

– Unhappy at work, lack of fulfilment or lack of challenge
– Lack of motivation to do things you know you should be doing
– Struggling to lose weight, lack of willpower, feeling stuck
– Lack of balance between work and home life
