What is Life Coaching?

Life coaches help clients set and reach goals using a variety of tools and techniques. It is a profession that is profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, advice, therapy, or counselling. Life coaches do not give advice and it is not a therapy. Somewhere deep inside unconsciously we all know the answers to our problems and the life coach’s job is to help you find those answers and then to support you in taking the necessary steps and in achieving goals. However, sometimes it is necessary to raise the client’s awareness and to point out issues.

The coaching process addresses specific personal projects, business successes, general conditions and transitions in the client’s personal life, relationships or profession by examining what is going on right now, discovering what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to make your life be what you want it to be. Life coaches also concentrate on the client’s beliefs, philosophies, self-image and they work on improving their confidence, self-worth and mental health. Career Coaching –
Paul would like to improve his career, but he says that his current job is too secure to leave it and he is not sure if can get the job he wants. He needs to earn more money but he feels stuck and doesn’t know what to do and where to start. Or – Paul has got a well paid job, but he feels unhappy and feels like he needs a mid-career change. Competency and earning money is not enough anymore and he would like to find fulfilment in his career.

Relationship Coaching –
Sarah and Peter have been in a relationship for 9 years and recently
they started to have some difficulties. There are conflicts between

create a better life quality for the family.
