What is Life Coaching?
Life coaches help clients set and reach goals using a variety of tools and techniques. It is a profession that is profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, advice, therapy, or counselling. Life coaches do not give advice and it is not a therapy. Somewhere deep inside unconsciously we all know the answers to our problems and the life coach’s job is to help you find those answers and then to support you in taking the necessary steps and in achieving goals. However, sometimes it is necessary to raise the client’s awareness and to point out issues.
What’s it good for?
The main areas Life Coaching can be of help are: Career, Weight Loss, Personal development, Life improvement, Stress, Relationship, Procrastination.
