About our Therapist
Estelle is a personal development trainer & change facilitator, Law of Attraction Practitioner, Access Bars, Access Energetic Facelift and Access Body Processes Practitioner. She can help you find your purpose and way in life, make lasting changes in your personal and working life, reduce stress, have more energy and a healthier aspect through facilitation sessions and energetic treatments.
Having as mission to help people to live up to their potential, Estelle has been supporting managers, HR managers and professionals, companies and individuals to make changes in their organisations, teams, work and lives and achieve success for over 20 years in a variety of roles: management consultant, teacher and trainer, counsellor and facilitator. In 2002 she embarked in international projects, first in the field of adult training, later in technical assistance projects in countries outside the European Union. As a result she travelled throughout Europe for workshops, seminars and project assignments and worked and lived in 8 European countries having the opportunity to experience life in a variety of cultures.
During her HR consultancy work it became more and more obvious to her that new management systems, processes and skills were not always enough to generate real and long term changes in a team or organisation, as long as the people concerned, especially the managers, did not change themselves. Their mind-set, attitude and old behaviours hindered the manifestation of the potential benefits of the new management systems, tools and skills.
In 2008 she started to learn different personal development techniques, both for her own benefit and also to incorporate them in her professional work. In 2009 she added career counselling to her HR management consultancy and training activities and gradually shifted toward working with individual clients instead of organisations. Meanwhile she studied Law of Attraction coaching, business mentoring, proactive life coaching, personal development counselling and Access Consciousness energetic treatments (Access Bars®, Access Energetic Facelift™ and several Access body processes) gaining thus a wide palette of techniques and tools that she can tailor to each client’s needs, situation in life and personality. As a trained personal development counsellor, trainer, Advanced Law of Attraction Practitioner, business mentor, Access Bars®, Access Energetic Facelift™ practitioner she now combines her knowledge and experience to help people change different aspects of their personal and professional lives, achieve success in their career and business.
Description of treatment
Access Energetic Processes are tools of Access Consciousness, a system of techniques and tools created by Gary Douglas and Dr Dain Heer over two decades ago that helps achieving greater consciousness. It allows people to make changes in their lives and create the life they desire in an easy, playful way. It is based on the idea that we have an inner knowledge that we can tap into and start making changes in our lives based on awareness, consciousness, possibilities and choices. It clears the limitations by accessing the energy underneath the words using both verbal and energetic processes. Access Bars® and Access Energetic Facelift™ belong to the energetic processes of Access Consciousness.Access Bars®
The Access Bars® are 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head that connect to the different aspects of your life. The Bars store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have made about anything. There are Bars for all the aspects of life such as body, creativity, control, awareness, power, aging, healing, sex, etc. By touching of a Bar you begin to clear away the energy locked up in that area or aspect of your life and then can make the desired changes in that field.
The potential effects of Access Bars® sessions can be:
