Free Taster Sessions Starting Tomorrow, Monday 27th January

A great way to explore a therapy without it costing you 

If you’re not feeling 100% physically or mentally then maybe we can help you.  With our brand new free taster sessions starting tomorrow 4 – 7pm, each Monday we will have different therapists in for you to come and see. Maybe you have a persistent  pain  or just generally feeling unwell then you may benefit from Osteopathy or a massage for example.  Could it be that an intolerance to certain foods triggers off you inflammatory system causing you discomfort? Or do you need some help with an addiction, losing weight, overcoming phobias, fighting depression or generally would like to work on a more positive approach to life. We have many different therapies to help in all aspects of physical and mental wellbeing, so why not pop in to see us?
