Researchers from the University of Adelaide have discovered that taking Codeine can actually make your pain worse

Codeine is one of the most widely used over the counter pain killers, although a recent study has concluded that regular use of codeine can in fact increase your sensitivity to pain.  For those who suffer with chronic pain, using codeine could be making their problem worse.
