Keeping a Level Head with Lithium

New studies have shown that Lithium is the most effective anti depressant in particularly  treating people with suicidal feelings, bipolar and self harming, but it doesn’t come without side effects

Mental health problems can have tragic consequences if treated with the wrong drug and even treated with a drug that benefits the patient can have costly side effects.  There are many natural therapies that work alongside anti-depressants and in some cases can lessen the need for them. Acupuncture, aromatherapy, Cognitive behavioural therapy, counselling, homeopathy, hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistc programming, reiki and swedish massage  can all be used in treating mental health problems.
